Appointment at LAK!
Confirmation email:
After making your appointment online or in the salon you will always receive a confirmation email about your future appointment. Keep these well. You can use this email to move your appointment free of charge up to 72 hours before the treatment. By booking your appointment you automatically agree to the terms and conditions of LAK!.
Reminder email:
We will send a reminder by email 48 hours before your appointment. Check that the chosen treatment is still correct. If the chosen treatment is not correct, please inform us as soon as possible via Whatsapp . This gives us time to adjust the treatment if necessary.
Double appointment:
You are responsible for making your appointment, so take into account making a double appointment. This way you keep several places occupied and the same cancellation policy also applies.
Deposit:
The down payment you have made as a customer cannot be reclaimed in the event of a foreclosure or cancellation. However, the deposit can be used for the next appointment, if the appointment is made at least 72 hours in advance is postponed or cancelled.
Cancellation costs / No show:
Because of the confirmation and reminder e-mail you receive from us, you are responsible for your appointment. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur, but canceling an appointment at short notice will incur costs for us. In addition to having to spend time canceling and filling the free time, we may have had to turn down other clients because of the reserved appointment. Unfortunately we have to charge if the appointment is canceled within 24 hours. We would like to emphasize that we do not like to charge these fees, but they are necessary to keep our day-to-day operations running smoothly.
Cancel frequently:
We understand that there can sometimes be schedule changes, but repeated cancellations negatively impact our business and other customers who may have wanted to book an appointment. We sometimes keep this place occupied for weeks only to be canceled. That is why we would like to inform you that if an appointment is canceled three times in a row, it is unfortunately no longer possible to make your appointment online. We will contact you to discuss this.
Waiting list:
Due to the crowds, we are currently working with a waiting list. You can find this online in the appointment agenda and if the chosen day is full. The agenda asks if you want to be on the waiting list for that day. Please note that we are currently full for the coming month(s). Keep an eye on your e-mail if a spot on the waiting list becomes available. This is the easiest and fastest way to sign up for a last minute spot (provided there are no cancellations). We currently recommend scheduling two appointments in advance.
